At Eden of Hope, we strive to achieve key outcomes that promote safety, well-being, and community integration.
Safety
We ensure our tenants feel secure in high-quality environments where they have the autonomy to make their own choices.
Well-being
We help individuals improve their health, mental health, reduce dependency on drugs and alcohol, and develop skills essential for independent living.
Community
We encourage active participation in the community, fostering a sense of belonging and helping people feel valued.
Economic Empowerment
We support tenants in becoming economically independent, enhancing their employability, and recognising their self-worth.
Relationships
We cultivate positive relationships with tenants, stakeholders, and the local community to ensure a holistic support network.
How We Support
Our approach begins with providing housing. Each tenant is assigned a private bedroom within a shared house that features communal spaces like kitchens, bathrooms, and dining areas. We carefully assess each individual’s circumstances and support needs to ensure a living environment that encourages personal growth and minimises risk.
Who We Support
Those with Mental Health Challenges
We support individuals who are engaged with social services, their GP and compliant with their treatment plans.
People with Learning or Physical Disabilities
We offer tailored support for those with low-level learning disabilities or physical impairments.
Individuals with a History of Substance Abuse
We assist those receiving help from substance misuse services or struggling with addiction.
